Drawing Packages
Three drawing packages are available: Java Applet, ISIS/Draw, and ChemDraw.
Java Applet is the most basic of the three drawing packages, and may be used to quickly submit simple structures. ISIS/Draw and ChemDraw can be used to submit more complicated structure and reaction queries.
Structure Search Fields
You may search by Substructure, Exact Structure, or Reaction.
Substructure finds all molecules containing the substructure drawn.
Exact Structure finds only molecules with the exact structure drawn.
Reaction allows specification of reactant and/or product, based on substructure.
